Click on start
Click on "control panel"
Click on "Add or Remove Programs"
Locate flash player from the list
Click remove, to remove it from the system
Reinstall flash player from adobe

For Windows Vista
Click on start
Click on "control panel"
Click on "Programs and Features "
Locate flash player from the list
Click remove, to remove it from the system
Reinstall flash player from adobe
